```Duties```
As a Area Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and programs within a designated region. Your main duties will include:
Primary Functions: Seeking an energetic, career-minded, outcome driven youth development professional for a challenging, yet rewarding full-time position. Under the limited supervision of the Director of Operations, this individual will direct and manage overall daily operations of one or more of the organization’s Clubs with the primary concern for youth development, program and service management, facilities management, human resource management, and community relations. A candidate with the proper experience could be chosen to oversee multiple Clubs in close proximity (Area Director).
- Developing and implementing programs to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Managing and supervising a team of program managers and staff
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Building and maintaining relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources
- Collaborating with other regional directors and senior leadership to develop strategic plans and goals
- Monitoring program outcomes and making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability
- Providing guidance and support to program managers in areas such as program development, administrative processes, and staff supervision

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., behavioral health, social work, etc.)
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities or related services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in financial management
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the field
- Flexibility to travel within the designated region as needed
